PRODUCTION SITE 

Over 1500 m2, optics components produced from various materials : optical glass, Silica, zèrodur Metals (lead, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, steel, tantalum...), crystal (silicon, fluorspar, MgF2...), plastics.

QUALIFIED STAFF !

11 persons (agents of production, opticians of precision, technical manager) have more than 30 years of experience. 3 Persons come if need to strengthen the optical team for the realization  og mechanical components. 

IMPORTANT MEANS 

The equipments of production are conventionals and automated, from the traditional polissoir with pedals to the digital machines used for the manufacturing of pieces in big series, 27 traditional posts of polishing, 18 automatic and half automatic machines, 1 oven for pressing. The manifacturing is organized in several workshops : a workshop of sketching, a workshop of optical polishing big series, a workshop of optical polishing of precision, two rooms of control.

SPECIFIC CONTROLS, GUARANTEE OF QUALITY !

Our controls are realized with the following devices : optical profile projector, electronic micrometer 1/100µ, lunette auto-colimatrice, spherometer, goniometer 2", microscopes and binoculars, workshop's interferometers, interferometers Zygo GPI (Métropro 8.1.5).

Every specific manufacturing is verified with a PV of control.
